After-Sales Engineer-Chiller

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead remote and on-site diagnosis, analysis, and repair of chiller product faults.
2. Conduct root-cause analysis, issue technical bulletins and improvement plans to ensure quality closure.
3. Cooperate with sales on after-sales technical solutions and participate in technical negotiations for key clients.
4. Develop and refine service procedures, technical standards, and operation manuals for after-sales.
5. Build and optimize chiller technical training materials; conduct regular training for customers, service staff, and partners.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of after-sales technical support experience with chillers; familiar with chiller principles, structure, and common fault handling.
2. Knowledge of data center industry and site work environment.
3. English fluent.
