Application Engineer-VRF

Location:Thailand

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide pre-sales technical support: load calculation, system selection, piping design, and produce professional proposals with quotations.
2. Conduct product training for customers, dealers, and sales teams; participate in technical seminars and demo sessions.
3. Contribute to bid document preparation and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
4. Develop and maintain selection software, technical manuals, and case study libraries.
5. Gather customer technical requirements and competitor intelligence, feeding back to product teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Built Environment, or related.
2. 3+ years of experience in VRF or central AC technical support/design.
3. Proficient in VRF system principles, design standards, and applications; skilled in selection tools and CAD.
4. Excellent presentation and client communication skills; able to independently deliver technical solutions.
5. English working proficiency; strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
